Beta Tester Agreement

Thank you for participating in the HiveJammer Personal beta programme. By installing and using the beta version of the App, you agree to the following terms.

1. Pre-Release Software

HiveJammer is currently in beta. This means:

The App may contain bugs, errors, crashes, or incomplete features
Features may change, break, or be removed without notice
Performance and reliability may vary
Data formats or stored data may be reset between updates

Beta software is not representative of the final product.

2. Feedback

As a beta tester, you agree to provide feedback about your experience using the App. Feedback can be submitted through the in-app feedback mechanism in Settings.

Your feedback helps us improve HiveJammer for all users. We appreciate honest, constructive input — bug reports, feature suggestions, and usability observations are all valuable.

3. Confidentiality and Distribution

You agree not to:

Redistribute the App or share your beta access with others
Share access credentials, invitation links, or APK files
Publicly disclose non-public features or internal details of the beta

4. No Guarantees

During the beta period:

There is no guaranteed uptime or availability
There is no formal support SLA (though we will do our best to respond to issues)
Features may be experimental and may not work as expected
We may modify, suspend, or end the beta programme at any time

5. Data During Beta

Data collected during the beta may be used to improve the product. Specifically:

Crash reports and error logs are collected via Sentry to help us fix bugs
Feedback submissions are retained for product development
Usage patterns may be analysed in anonymised and aggregated form

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time.

6. Withdrawal

You can leave the beta programme at any time by simply uninstalling the App. No explanation is required. If you wish to have your account and data deleted, contact us at support@hivejammer.com.

7. Acknowledgement

By using the beta version of HiveJammer, you acknowledge that:

You have read and agree to these beta terms
You have read and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
You understand the limitations and risks of pre-release software
You are at least 13 years old (or 16 with parental consent in the EEA)
